Lake Tahoe

A Lakeside Paradise Awaits | Take A Trip to Tantalizing Tahoe

From Henry at SanDiegoVille

“On our third day, we took the lake by storm….We chose to rent a powerboat to head our own exploration of the lake— this time from the inside. We made our way up the east side of the lake, mirroring our drive, eventually anchoring in the clear waters and sandy beaches of Sand Bay where we enjoyed a brisk swim.”
Lake Tahoe Tram

30 Things to Do in Lake Tahoe

From Jenna at This Is My Happiness

“The aerial tram climbs 2000 feet above the Squaw Valley floor, past enormous rocky cliffs, to High Camp. Once at High Camp, visitors can enjoy the overlook of the mountains and Lake Tahoe, swim in the pool or play outdoor games, take advantage of miles of hiking trails with sweeping mountain views, and visit the Olympic Museum.”

Tahoe Video + Paddleboarding

From Emi at The Well-Traveled Wife

“We made a wise choice to head to a new joint we had heard all about, and it’s a must in South Lake Tahoe—Verde Mexican Rotisserie. It’s in the tiny town of Meyers right across from our other favorite: Getaway Cafe, so note that some of the best food is just ten minutes south in this area! This place is a must-hit when in Lake Tahoe.”
Tahoe Beach and Ski Club

Tahoe Beach and Ski Club Hotel Review: South Lake Tahoe’s Private Beach Resort

From Josh at California through My Lens

“The resort itself is five different buildings and we stayed on the third floor of the main building in a one-bedroom unit. With only a few minutes of walking we were at the private beach which had a ton of seating, BBQ units available for use, ping pong tables and a heated pool and spa. It was a great place to relax and watch the sunset or to go for a swim without fighting the crowds.”
