The condominiums are duplex style (one style, the Calistoga, is a triplex) with numerous stairs that afford optimum privacy.
Arnold, California is located in the heart of Gold Rush country with many historic places to go sight seeing throughout the year. The area abounds with numerous award-winning wineries that are open year round for wine tasting. Outdoor sports close to the resort range from golfing, skiing, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, cave exploration, tubing, sledding and boating, depending on season of course. Big Trees state Park is less than 5 miles from the resort with some of the biggest trees on earth. Each 1080 square foot to 1396 sqaure foot unit is complete with all the amenities of a home, 1.5 to 2.5 baths and a mixture of king, queen or twin beds and 2 sleep sofas. Accommodation sleeps 8.

From Sacramento:
Take Rte 99 south to Rte 12 east. Go to Rte 88/Alt 12. Continue east through Clements. Continue on Rte 12 east to Rte 49 south. Follow 49 through Angels Camp to Rte 4 east. Go east through Arnold 1 mile. Turn right on Moran Road (not the Moran Road in Avery). Go 1 mile to the Mt. Retreat sign on left. Turn left Follow signs to resort (next 2 righthand turns). |

| Guests arriving outside of normal check in must contact the resort prior to arrival to arrange late check in. Guests arriving outside of normal check in hours should look for the clipboard hung outside front office door for a phone number and instructions for getting into their unit after hours. |
