Long's Peak Mountain Guides
The king of Rocky Mountain National Park is undoubtedly the majestic Long’s Peak. Though sheer and often vertical on all sides, there is a way through the “Keyhole” formation that allows an unroped hiker to make it to the top. However, at 14,259’ above sea level, the 7.5 miles to the top can be an undertaking and some visitors may feel more comfortable in the company of an experienced guide. Hiring a guide will up the safety of your party, your summit success and be a chance to hear about the colorful human and natural history of the mountain.

Breckenridge Golf Course
The Town of Breckenridge can boast that it is the only municipality in the world to own a Jack Nicklaus designed, 27-hole golf course. The course opened for play in 1985. During the summer 2001 golf season, the Town opened another nine holes also designed by Nicklaus and every bit as challenging as the original 18-holes. The new Elk nine as it is named, offers more elevation change than the Bear and Beaver nines.
Country Boy Mine
The Country Boy Mine, founded in 1887, is one of the oldest and most famous mines in Summit County, Colorado. Early in its over 100 year history, the Country Boy Mine was known for its gold and silver production and later earned national fame by producing large quantities of high grade lead and zinc for use in World War I and World War II. Mining was and still is an integral part of Colorado's and our nation's history. The valuable ore brought out of the Country Boy Mine and the hundreds of other mines in the area played a significant role in shaping the West.
